Essex Homes Ranks on BUILDER 100 List

Each year, BUILDER ranks the top 100 homebuilding companies and publishes the BUILDER 100 list, which is compiled from data collected by BUILDER magazine via direct survey of the nation’s top builders.

With 551 closings and $140 million in revenue in 2013, Essex Homes moved up from its prior-year ranking of number 76.

Essex Homes, based in Lexington, South Carolina, a suburb of the state’s capital, Columbia, has been building new homes in Columbia, South Carolina and the surrounding areas for nearly 30 years and is also now building in the greater Charlotte metro area.
