Essex Homes, a new home builder with divisions in Columbia, South Carolina and Charlotte, North Carolina, experienced a record-breaking sales month in March. For the first time in company history, the builder sold 100 homes in a one-month span.

Sales in the Columbia division reached an all-time high, with 75 total homes sold during the month of March. In addition, Charlotte had 25 home sales in March, bringing the company to an impressive total of 100 home sales.
As an added bonus, Essex Homes is currently leading the Columbia homebuilding market in building permits as reported for the first quarter of 2015 (Jan. 1 through Mar. 31).
