Essex Homes Southeast, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Columbia, SC native Karl Haslinger. Under his leadership Essex Homes has grown to be the Columbia area’s highest volume seller of fine homes. 

Essex Homes Southeast, Inc. started years ago as a custom building company.  Some of that heritage still remains, and is seen in the large number of options and floor plans offered; including the quality and manner our homes are constructed.
