NK Development, Inc.

NK Development, Inc. is a land development company in which Essex Homes Southeast, Inc. has an extensive long-term lot purchase agreement.  NK development is currently developing eight neighborhoods in which we plan on building new homes.  These neighborhoods have approximately 1400 remaining lots of which 850 are committed to Essex Homes Southeast, Inc.

Premier Homes, Inc.

Premier Homes, Inc. has common management with Essex Homes Southeast, Inc. and provides more affordable starter homes.  These developments have different floor plans and handle the sales of options somewhat differently.  Premier Homes is currently building in Manchester Park and Kingston Ridge.
